Zijian Pan has 30 years of experience in accounting, treasury, financial planning and risk management. He has been involved in managing the “go public” process of several companies. He began his career with one of the world’s leading CPA firms in Hong Kong and he worked for different public companies in Hong Kong, Singapore and Canada. He has a strong expertise in financial management and capital market transactions.
Zijian is a graduate from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He holds the professional designations of Chartered Certified Accountant and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant.
