We have the requirement for Senior Analysts for our Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto offices. The selected candidates will be working primarily in our valuation and business planning practice area which includes undertaking valuations of private and publicly-held businesses, preparation of fairness opinions, financial modelling, market research and detailed due diligence. The Senior Analysts will also support our investment banking team with project management, due diligence and related activities.
We require individuals who can: (1) manage multiple projects concurrently; (2) write detailed reports to be used in the regulatory and investment community; (3) perform detailed financial and valuation-related work; and (4) work well in an unstructured and dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- CA, CFA, and/or CBV designation or enrollment in the CBV program preferred.
- Experience with private- and/or public-company valuations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- The willingness to learn as well as an ability to manage and execute on multiple concurrent assignments to an exceptional standard is necessary.

Location: Vancouver, BC
As a Summer 2025 Analytical Intern, you will have the opportunity to be a valued team member and work on a variety of corporate finance projects. You will assist in analyzing financial statements, general economic conditions and industry specific data and trends. You will also help to develop materials for clients and prospective clients including pitch books, confidential information memorandums, management presentations and financial models.
Responsibilities:
- Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments.
- Develop business, financial and analytical skills needed for career in financial services and investment banking.
- Provide marketing and sales support to branches and their teams.
- Perform market research.
Qualifications:
- In pursuit of a university degree.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting is desirable
- Internships are intended to be positions that are for limited duration, with a maximum duration of six months.
- Ability to research and effectively summarize/synthesize relevant industry, competitive and transaction data
- Strong desire to gain further understanding of the corporate finance and investment banking businesses.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work on a team.
