Harinder is a finance professional with over 10 years of extensive experience in financial modelling, business valuation, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment testing, intellectual property valuation and employee stock option valuation.
Before moving to Canada, Harinder worked at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services India Pvt. Ltd. and Knowcraft Analytics Pvt. Ltd. (India) where he started as an Analyst and was eventually promoted to Assistant Manager due to his strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, work quality and consistent performance.
Harinder received his Master of Business Administration degree from Birla Institute of Management Technology, India and received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Panjab University, India. Harinder is currently pursuing the professional designation of Chartered Business Valuators.
