David has a range of experience in financial analysis, investment banking and investment management with both private and public companies.
David was a portfolio manager for Canadian funds and had been an investment banker to early stage technology and resource companies. He has worked both the buy side and the sell side and has assisted many companies with their initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, financing and mergers and acquisitions.
David has assisted private companies in their valuations and corporate strategy, as well as being a director for public companies. He has written study material for the Canadian Securities Institute and was formerly a lecturer for the CFA Lecture Series for the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts.
David also has Canadian and U.S securities accreditations.
