Greg Barrett is a Canadian Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of international business experience that includes consulting (PricewaterhouseCoopers and Nuli Consulting Limited) as well as holding several senior management positions within public companies.
Greg’s range of commercial experience includes financial reporting, transactions, operational enhancement, process optimization, risk management, legislative compliance, SEC compliance and internal audit. Having lived in 4 countries (and worked in many others) he has obtained a solid understanding of international business practices. In the past 6 years he has concentrated on commercial development and business optimization in China.
His experience is diverse across industry sectors including mining, energy, telecommunications and manufacturing. Greg has a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
