Darcy Kindred is an independent consultant with Evans & Evans. Darcy has a wide base of experience as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to a number of large and small organizations. These companies are in the broadcasting, wireless, and information technology industries in both Canada and the United States.

With over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, Darcy’s experiences include real estate (commercial mortgage banking & asset management), private venture capital (private placements amongst high net worth clients), mergers & acquisitions and strategic asset sales.

Darcy is also experienced in coordinating both going public and going private transactions, as well as providing corporate finance advisory services to a variety of clients in the technology sector.

Darcy is a founder and CFO of Decourcy Capital, a TSX Venture listed Capital Pool Company, and a founder of Chilkoot Capital Management, Inc., a boutique lending company.
