Amy Stephenson has over 20 years experience in financing and managing public companies. Her involvement as a principal and consultant in corporate reorganization, M&A, RTO and financing extends beyond Canada to include the United States, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, South Africa, Gabon and Latin America. She is also familiar with the administrative, investor relations, filing and governance aspects of public companies.
Amy is presently the CFO of PetroWorth Resources Inc. Her other CFO experiences include GoldQuest Mining Corp., Hanfeng Evergreen Inc. and Canadian Overseas Exploration Corp.
Amy completed her MBA, majoring in Finance at the California State University in 1984 and became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1991. She was a lecturer on the CFA Lecture Series for the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts for 10 years. She is currently a non-member (Public) Council to the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO).
