Evans & Evans aids Software Vendor in Multi-Million Dollar Claim
Evans & Evans provided expert witness in the successful settlement of a breach of contract claim made by a GIS software vendor against a business partner and supplier of advanced 3D graphics and multimedia software and algorithms. The multi-million dollar claim, which involved extensive oral testimony, included loss of past and future profits from lost sales and price erosion, as well as the cost of marketplace entry.
